What is necessary before or when or after place the order?

Before it is better ask a tailor to measure you to make your size , also choose the color you like, when you place the order, you should tell us your exact size, color, right phone number and address(except P.O. Box or APO/FPO address).
After please check your email that you filled on our website in 24 hours, an email will sent to you. We need you to confirm all the information is right. But if there is no reply in 5 business days, we will make your order according the information you filled.

How do I know what size to order ?

If you ordered the standard size, it's better for you to make some adjustments to get more fit.

How To Measure?

Stand straightly and comfortably with equal weight on both feet and arms resting easily at sides.Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress.
  • A.Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.
  • B.Waist: Find your natural waistline. Measure around the narrowest part( If you have belly or big ribcage, please give us more exact measurements).
  • C.Hip: Measure 8-10" below the waist to find the fullest hip. Measure the fullest part of the hip, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.
  • D.Front length to the waistline: Measure from the neck base through the bust tip to the lower edge of the measuring tape at the waist.
  • E.Length from Hollow to Hem: Measure from the center of the collarbone (Hollow) to the dress hem. Note: The length is not measured starting from the garment neckline.
  • F.Arm Girth: Relax your arm and measure around the largest part of the upper arm.
  • G.Width of shoulder: Measure from the arm base to other arm base.
  • H.The sleeve length: The elbow slightly bent,from the sleeve head through the external edge of the elbow to the wrist.
  • I.Height: Stand straightly and measure your height without shoes (from Head to Toe) . Also measure the height of your wedding shoes.

Shipping Info & Processing Time

We can free shipping to UK, North America, Oceania, some countries of Eastern Asia, and South-east Asia. Please contact customer service to know more.

Processing Time:
If you order a dress during our busy season, processing time will be 20-25workingdays(contact us to know more). If you cancel the order after you give us the permission to process your order, you just can get half refund.
Dresses in stock can be received within 6-7 working days after you confirm.
Dresses custom made :
If you want us custom made, we will do the dress with standard size, please give us a confirmation reply in 12hours after you place an order. After you confirm the size through the email we will ship the dress out within 10-12 working days.

Shipping Time:
the period of time from when the item be shipped by Fedex or UPS to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 3 - 5 business days.
When we ship the order, we will provide you an email. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online - FedEx or UPS.

What kinds of payment methods can be used?

You can pay by both PayPal and Credit Card.

What about Return & Exchange?

Return Policy
we try our best to ensure that all dresses are produced perfectly and according to the willingness of our customers.
if we do the dresses in wrong size, wrong color, and wrong style ,not same as you required when you place an order, we will provide exchange or full refund.
If you ordered the instock dresses and want to return it, you should pay for the return shipping fee, and £25 for restock fee, £25 for rush deliver fee, when we refund you, we will deduct £50.
If you order clearance dress,return is not available.
If you order standard size dress, may be it will not fit you well, after you receive it, you had to alter it by yourself Please do check your e-mail box in 12 hours after you place an order to make sure right size, color, style, phone number, address in case there is something wrong. (Only one can be availed - a one time replacement OR refund).

Terms and Conditions:

  • First make sure the fault is caused by vponsale and should email us pictures of dresses to check the colour, size, and style etc.
  • The above policy is only valid if and when:
  • Returns are made within 7 days of receiving the dresses.
  • Customer should contact Customer Service WITHIN 7 Days of receiving their dresses.
  • The returned item must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
  • A tracking number of the returned dresses must be provided to our Customer Service team together with the reference code issued.
  • Should the customer decide to choose a dresses of higher value, the difference will be charged.

Can I change the color of the dresses or the accent of the dresses? How much is the extra charge?

Of course. You can change the color of the dresses. But we want to remind that the color on the screen may vary a little from the true color. When you place the order, Please check the color on our color chart and tell us the color you select, and we want to tell you that there is no extra charge, it is just free.

How long should I order before the event?

We advice that you should place the order in advance as soon as you can. Maybe leave for 1 month. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alteration if necessary.
Because there may exist color shading between different batch of fabric as well as details difference of the dress. Avoiding to bring unnecessary trouble to you, we suggest you to put all the dresses in one order at the same time.

Do you have color swatch I can see before order ?

We are sorry that we can¡¯t provide free color swatches to our customers just because the shipping cost is so high. But don¡¯t worry you can check the color online, they are all our real fabric pictures.

    When you are ready to complete your order, just click ´Go to Checkout´ button in the ´Shopping Cart´ info page. It will link you to the ´Log in´ page. If you are a new customer, you need to fill out the registration form to register a account. And if you registered before, please Log in your account.
Step Three:
    We offer two methods to check out.
    First is ″Express Check Out″, no requirement of site register which will link you to the ″Paypal paying page″, and you can pay with Credit Card or you own Paypal.Second is ″Standard Check Out″, requirement of site register.
